Bring any question about work, business, learning, or a project. You are welcome even if your ideas are not fully formed.

I will listen to what you would like to achieve and, if it is something I can help with, we can think it through together.

Active-contract clients are prioritized, so free consultations are not always available. Consultation-only inquiries are welcome. If you want an estimate or contract, please say so when you contact us.

Consultation process and scope

• Appointments are scheduled at least one week ahead.
• Before the meeting, please provide information about your questions and current situation through a questionnaire.
• If you want an estimate or contract, tell us when you contact us or during the one-hour free consultation. We will hear your needs, prepare an estimate, and arrange a separate one-hour explanation meeting. If free consultation is unavailable, we will explain another hearing option and any fee in advance. • The free consultation covers advice only. It does not include implementation or delivery of work products.
• We can accommodate an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) if needed.
• Emergency support is available only to clients with an active contract.
• Support for individual customers is provided exclusively through Hada, Inc.

Meeting format

Meetings are primarily held online. In-person meetings may be possible when location and schedule allow. We will disclose any additional costs in advance.

Speaking & group training

Speaking engagements and group training are available in Japanese or English, drawing on my Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) credential and more than 10 years of Toastmasters experience. You can get in touch before the details or audience size are settled. Please contact us well in advance when possible to allow time for planning and scheduling, and share whatever you know about timing, audience size, language, or possible topics.
